The client confirms that they are acting as a principal and not as an agent or otherwise on behalf of someone else in its dealings with the Company (excluding estate and trusteeship), and for the purposes of the Capital Market Authority regulations the Company will classify and treat the client as a ‘Customer’, ‘Execution Only Customer’, or a ‘Counterparty’. The Client has been classified as a: 

 يؤكد العميل بأنه يتصرف بصفة أصيل وليس وكيل أو بأي صفة أخرى بالنيابة عن شخص آخر في معاملاته مع الشركة (باستثناء الولاية والوصاية)، ولغاية تطبيق لوائح هيئة السوق المالية فإن الشركة ستصنف العميل وتعامله "كعميل فرد" أو "عميل – فرد - تنفيذ- فقط" أو "طرف نظير" وقد تم تصنيفك على النحو التالي:

The Client hereby certifies that the information that I have provided in this form is true, correct, and complete. ​

The Client acknowledges reading and understanding the terms and conditions and has agreed to abide by them and that the information provided is true and accurate. 

The Client acknowledges that MERAK CAPITAL will rely on the information provided in this form. Any change, I will update my data and information. If I do not update the data and do not submit an updated copy of my ID and documents within six months of its termination, the MERAK CAPITAL will freeze my account for a period of twelve months and then close the account without notice to the client

    يؤكد العميل بأنه قرأ وفهم شروط وأحكام فتح الحساب الاستثماري ووافق على الالتزام بها ويؤكد أن المعلومات التي دونها سليمة ودقيقة


    أقر بأن شركة ميراك المالية سوف تعتمد على المعلومات الواردة في هذا النموذج وفي حال حدوث أي تغيير سأقوم بتحديث بياناتي ومعلوماتي وفي حالة عدم تحديثي للبيانات وعدم تقديم نسخة محدثة وصالحة لهويتي ومستنداتي خلال ستة أشهر من انتهائها ستقوم شركة ميراك المالية بتجميد حسابي لمدة اثني عشر شهر

    وثم ستقوم بإغلاق الحساب من غير إشعار للعميل
