The discussion covered cross-border investment flows, Riyadh’s emergence as a gaming investment hub, and how capital is reaching the next generation of studios in emerging markets.
Our view is that capital is increasingly willing to travel, but it follows teams that own their IP and can carry capability from one title to the next. That holds in Istanbul and Hanoi as much as in Riyadh.
