With over 15 years of experience across finance, investment, and strategic growth, he leads capital formation and fund development, building institutional partnerships and launching vehicles aligned with national priorities and emerging opportunities.

Prior to Merak, he co-founded FJR Mediterranean HealthCare Investment Group, a healthcare investment platform and served as Chief Sales Officer at Elite Insurance Brokerage, one of the region’s leading insurance brokerage firms; where he led transformative growth through digital innovation and operational excellence.

He holds a BA in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.
