Othman AlHokail is a Founder & Managing Director of Merak Capital with over 18 years of experience across investment and enterprise building. He co-founded the firm alongside Abdullah AlTamami, and plays a central role in the strategic direction and governance of the platform.

AlHokail is also the founder and director of KCC, a holding group focused on contracting and trading for government and semi-government clients in the Kingdom. He serves on several boards including MasterWorks, Advanced Communication and Electronics Systems (ACES), and BWATECH.

Previously, AlHokail led Business Development for EY and Thomson Reuters in Saudi Arabia. AlHokail holds a BA in Finance from King Saud University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
