Siddique Khan is the former Founder and CEO of Qubic Capital in the US. He began his career in Investment Strategy before transitioning into sell-side M&A and later into Business Valuations for M&A and Private Equity at KPMG and Aon in both the UK and US.

His track record includes formulating institutional investment and hedging strategies for portfolios of up to $7.5 billion, developing new fixed income product offerings in collaboration with BlackRock and PIMCO, and contributing to KPMG’s award-winning 2019 Dealmaker of the Year team, closing three sell-side deals with a cumulative value of c.$500 million in a single year.

In Valuations, he has partnered with more than 50 companies and leading PE firms across technology, healthcare, and industrials in the US.

In 2024, Siddique founded Qubic Capital, a strategy consulting and private capital firm.  He advised notable clients in the Asset Management and Food & Beverage space before exiting the firm to relocate to Saudi Arabia in 2025.
